Many of our employees first encountered Beds and Bars as customers. Staying in our backpacker hostels gave them a chance to evaluate our day to day operations and our hard work was rewarded. Those who enjoyed it the most presented a pitch to become a member of our team and we hired them.
This is still our main recruitment drive and we provide all new staff with a training scheme, recognised by Investors in People.
