Beds and Bars is a dynamic company - always growing, expanding and improving. Because of this we're always looking for creative, hard-working, self-motivated team players to join our family of managers, assistant managers, trainee managers and general bar and reception staff. We accept applicants from all ages.

As a rule you will need:

• A competent level of English language skills.
• An EU or UK passport or a valid UK working visa with a minimum of 6-months remaining.
• A second language is a big plus, as is managerial experience but these are not essential if you have the right approach.
• An easy going outlook on life with an enthusiastic and driven approach to customer service.

Every month the managers and directors nominate the hardest working employees for Employee of the Month. The most devoted worker is rewarded for service above and beyond what any employer or customer could expect, with a £/€200 bonus. Many of our employees first encountered Beds and Bars as customers. Staying in our hostels gave them a chance to evaluate our day to day operations and our hard work was rewarded. Those who enjoyed it the most presented a pitch to become a member of our team and we hired them.

This is still our main recruitment drive and we provide all new staff with a training scheme, recognised by Investors in People.
